We take the privacy of our customers and website visitors seriously. This privacy notice sets out the basis upon which any personal data or information that we compile, or that you provide to us, may be collected and processed by us.

What we collect: The personal data that we hold is the information that you have provided to us when making a booking. This is necessary to provide the services that we offer.

•Using necessary third-party service providers in order to deliver the service to you (e.g. campsites).

 

Please note that we will not use your personal data for marketing purposes, without your prior consent.

 

Data Retention: We retain the personal data processed by us for as long as is considered necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In the absence of specific legal or contractual requirements, our retention period for client records for the provision of services is three years.

 

Sharing Information: We will not use your data for purposes that are not explained within this privacy notice and we will not disclose data outside the company or its consultants without your express permission except where we are under a legal duty to do so or if it is necessary to enforce our contractual rights.

 

Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object and restrict the processing of your personal data, unless there is a reason that we are required to keep it.

 

Website: Our website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous data standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Google Analytics uses a type of ‘cookie’ known as a session cookie, but this is stored in temporary memory and is not retained after the browser is closed.
